Return/Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY 

Since we do not make industrial production, there may be slight differences in each batch of products. However if you have any concerns with your order please do not hesitate to contact us at info@monsterteashop.com. Please be sure to inform us within 3 days of after receive the product and before sending back. Please include the full name associated with your order, order number and contact information in your notice. Goods that are damaged after received can not be refunded. Otherwise change of the product with another item or refund is possible within 7 days.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping.

Endüstriyel üretim yapmadığımız için, her ürün grubunda küçük farklılıklar olabilir. Ancak, siparişinizle ilgili endişeleriniz varsa, lütfen bizimle info@monsterteashop.com adresinden iletişime geçmekten çekinmeyin. Lütfen ürünü aldıktan sonra 3 gün içinde ve geri göndermeden önce bizi bilgilendirdiğinizden emin olun. Lütfen siparişinizle ilgili tam ad, sipariş numaranız ve iletişim bilgilerinizi de bildiriminize ekleyin. Aldıktan sonra zarar gören mallar iade edilemez. Aksi takdirde, 7 gün içinde ürünün başka bir ürünle değiştirilmesi veya iade edilmesi mümkündür.
